So they did not die of covid, but with it.

She was only talking about the recent breakthrough cases in vaccinated people, not all 800,000 people since the pandemic started. In other words, vaccinated people who are dying from COVID usually have co-morbidities, as would be expected in vaccinated people. If you bothered to look into it, you would know this already.
