I'm still not convinced that almost the entire American political establishment and nations around the world hated Trump so badly for joking about pussy in a locker room or saying that Mexico isn't sending their best citizens. Yes, the Constitution does give Pence, as presiding, the ability to accept electors, and of couse he could have sent the disputed ones back to the state legislatures.

That would have been the proper constitutional path.

Instead, people with no authority under the US Constitution -- like the PA Sec of State and the PA Sup Ct -- changed the election rules to help their fellow Democrats have more time to "find" the needed ballots for senile Joe.
