Fourth, absentee ballot signature matching -- required by law in Wisconsin and elsewhere -- was not done.

Fifth, envelopes were pitched and not associated with interior "security" ballot envelopes, so a neutral person could not come back later and see if they matched. This separation was intentional fraud.
