Chalk one up for Republican super spreader policies. They're perfectly legal now!

Let's get out there and make your fellow Americans sick, people! Merry Christmas!

How many can we kill before the new year?

RealTool isn't going to stand still for some bleeding heart trying to save his life. Fuck that.

He's not some sort of charity case. And he's certainly not a rational liberal.

He'll die proudly as an ignorant Trump supporter in denial of reality!

MADA! (Make America Dead Again)

Apparently neither of these clowns has noticed that all sorts of courts, Supreme and otherwise, have bitch slapped Trump lately.

Like two dozen of times.

Trump and these clowns are finally getting the message. Thus the completely irrelevant distraction about one single Republican case victory.

You need to grasp desperately at what you do get, I guess, after the ass whooping the courts have given Trump..

A U.S. Appeals court bitch slapped Trump again today, rejecting his lawsuit to stop certification of the PA election.

The three judges were all Republican appointees. Two by Bush and one by Trump himself.

The rule of law is a bitch, ain't it, Tool. And Trump continues to be slapped by it.

And still Trump hasn't alleged any election fraud in any court. He saves that for his dimwitted sheep-like followers who don't ask for any evidence the way real judges do.
#128718
There is a lot of litigation out there and it isn't clear precisely what case is mentioned.

One of the true things about the caselaw in PA is that the PA Sup Ct, dominated by Democrats, rules liberally in allowing defective ballots because everybody knows dead people in Philly vote twice for Democrats in every election.

So, if the goal is to steal an election because your candidate is senile and corrupt and cannot answer questions, then PA is a superb place to do that.

"There is a lot of litigation out there and it isn't clear precisely what case is mentioned."-johnflubs

Well, what IS clear is that it wasn't the PA Supreme Court that ruled this time so why did you bring them up? It was a U.S. Appeals court.

Your idiotic non sequitur diversion from the relevant Republican-appointed U.S. Appeals Court ruling against Trump to the PA Supreme court that didn't rule against Trump today is irrelevant, johnny

Why do you have such great difficulty talking about things I actually post instead of wandering off to partisan Republican La-la Land all the time?

Do the opinions of Republican judges scare you that much? Are you going to call them "RINOs because they ruled against Trump? That seems to be your go-to strategy; moronic ad hominem attacks.
#128724
Oh no, what I said absolutely relates to the landscape here.

The PA Sup Ct is reluctant to call anything voter fraud, and it was the PA Sup Ct which made the unconstitutional decision to extend vote counting by 3 days when PA's Act 77 forbids that.

The political nature of the PA Sup Ct won't be litigated in federal court, but the nutty rulings of the Commonwealth Sup Ct will be.

Media outlets interfered in the 2020 election.

There were hundreds of pages of affidavits, and hundreds of stat anomalies, and all of that is evidence, but dolts such as Elkin and his leftist pals pretend there was no evidence of fraud.

Biden was the most boring candidate ever -- old, senile, corrupt, unable to gather more than a dozen people to listen to his gasbag blather -- and yet Americans are supposed to believe he was a charismatic candidate who garnered 80 million votes.

NOBODY believes that, Dem or Repub.

As to that court, the one gal Patience said they should have taken the case but allowed fact-finding by a lower tribunal.

But there are very important issues and about 200,000 absenteee ballots did not have the required signature verification that they were requested (as required)

Our Supreme Court bitch slapped Trump Republicans

The Pennsylvania election results stand. I thought for sure RealTool would have started a new 'bitch slap' thread about this by now.

Trump just learned the hard lesson that you can appoint all the Supreme Court Justices you want but it won't make them vote for your agenda. And here he was so sure he was going to be strongman-in-charge of the latest Banana Republic.

Now the real question is whether johnforbes will become even more delusional about the Republican conspiracy to put Biden in office or will he finally admit what Barr tried to tell him, that there was no widespread vote fraud.

I knew we were going to hear a lot of whining from sore loser Trump supporters after Trump lost, but the ongoing pathological denial by clowns like johnforbes, Giuliani, and Trump have exceeded anything I thought possible.
#128831
You are completely misunderstanding that ruling.

The merits, if decided down the road, will be interesting because the Constitution does say elections are in the bailiwick of the state legislatures, not the governors or secs of state.

Set aside Dems v Repubs, any cases decided on the merits will prove interesting.
#128834
Fifty or so cases WERE decided on the merits, johnny.

They were laughed out of court because there was never any evidence to support the claims. And none of the cases claimed fraud anyway. Giuliani said so himself when the judge asked him.

Exactly what are you looking for? Some legal technicality to overturn millions of votes and put America's mind at ease?
#128837
Again, it is fine for you to be cheering for Biden -- the weakest candidate in anybody's lifetime, senile, elderly, unable to walk or talk.

But he needed cheating to get 80 million votes and everybody knows it.

As to the cases, most of them so far have not been decided on the merits, and even Barr made some dumb comments on a supposedly pending investigation saying he had not seen widespread fraud when the evidence shows that Dominion machines were very widely used and ballot rejection rates were 30 times less than normal.

Biden apparently only outperformed in the key swing states where vote fraud transpired.
#128838
Apparently YOU are the one who is completely misunderstanding the ruling, johnny.

To summarily throw out a procedural case and forcing the plaintiff no alternative but to refile another suit without adequate time to overturn the election is the same as ruling against Trump on the nonexistent 'substance' of his frivolous lawsuits.

It's known as a diplomatic bitch slap.

And you keep claiming you went to law school.

Our Supreme Court bitch slapped Trump Republicans--AGAIN! Dimwitted Republicans don't understand why.

Since RealTool likely succumbed to COVID after attending too many angry, maskless Trump rallies, I'm sure he wants me to add today's bitch slap to his "Supreme Court bitch slap" thread.

"The court’s unsigned order was short: “Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot.”"-Washington Post

In case johnforbes as a Republican lawyer doesn't understand what "moot" means, it means it's all irrelevant BS.

Why do Republicans want to eliminate state sovereignty and their right to run their elections as they see fit? I thought they were all about state's rights.

This just highlights even more egregious hypocrisy of conservatives who want one state to be able to invalidate elections in other states.

Think of the screaming we would hear from Republicans if Democrats tried to pull that sort of cynical and blatantly unConstitutional political stunt.
#128855
It actually shows several points I've been discussing elsewhere all this year:

1) An appellate court will almost always disappoint you, almost always give you far less than you want.

2) If you help a person, as with Trump appointing 3 justices, they almost always repay you by NOT supporting you later on.

Those true things about life aside, the Texas lawsuit was fascinating because the reality is that TX does indeed have a valid and viable interest in whether other states conduct their elections pursuant to their own laws (PA et al. did not).

"2) If you help a person, as with Trump appointing 3 justices, they almost always repay you by NOT supporting you later on."-johfibs

They are Supreme Court Justices, johnny. They aren't supposed to "repay" anyone. That would be corrupt. That would violate their oath. Any person trained in the law would know that. You apparently don't.

You really should look at the statue of "Justice" sometime. She wears a blindfold for a reason. Supreme Court Justices are supposed to support the law and nothing else, which they did in this case. You should be thankful for that.

There is nothing in the Constitution that says one state can tell another state how to run their elections, regardless of their laws. And there is certainly nothing in it that allows one state to disenfranchise another entire state or states. You would scream bloody murder is a Democrat state tried to pull that corrupt shit on a Republican run state.

But being a Trump supporter, you believe only in supporting your master, no matter how corrupt he is. Why do you hate the Constitution you swore to support and defend, johnny? Why do you now want to trash it just because of some "transitory politician" as you are wont to say? He has turned almost the entire Republican Party into a bunch of gutless pussies kowtowing to a would be dictator.
