First of all, Biden DID go out and have car rallies and such, which you Trump-supporters ridiculed because there weren't 20,000 superspreaders gathered together chanting inane three-word phrases.
Secondly, it wasn't Democrats trying to delay vote counting, you lying sack of shit. As in Pennsylvania, it was a REPUBLICAN legislature that refused to change their rules to allow early processing of ballots as is done in many other states. Then, when the ballots began to be counted only on election day, Republicans again insisted that the count of millions of mail-in ballots should be stopped on November 3rd. It's insanely hypocritical that you are here blaming this mess on Democrats. The Republicans caused it intentionally.
Thirdly, all states are simply processing their ballots according to state law with both Republican and Democrat observers in the counting rooms in every state witnessing the count.
