CNN has verified, Toobin has been given paid time off to deal with personal issues and they do plan on resuming his job at CNN when he feels he's ready to return.

The laptop was in federal custody 12/9/19, but the exculpatory evidence on it was not brought out during the Ukraine impeachment hoax, so it looks like it was kept hidden in an attempt to hurt Trump.

If you are saying that Kerry was violating the Logan Act, then you have a valid point.

If you are saying that partisan Democrats must continue to dominate various agencies, to the point that a laptop containing exculpatory evidence was not even brought out when Trump was impeached over Ukraine, then I am constrained to concur.

So Ghouliani goes to the WSJ and Fox News to peddle some info. on Hunter Biden, and when they ask for the evidence and to verify it's authenticity, Ghouliani walks away without providing any evidence.

Ghouliani can only find a taker in the far right wing rag NY Post. And even then the writers for the NY post didn't even want their names attributed to the story.

It's a completely absurd story to claim that Hunter Biden dropped off his laptop at a computer repair shop. To then have the guy at the shop to go through and read all of Hunter Biden's emails and to then have it magically end up in Ghouliani's possession.
