Dimwit, she "exposed her liberal partisan agenda" back before she was ever appointed to the court, you moron.
Then once she sat on the court, she continued to stand for the same things guaranteed in the Constitution. That was her job.
It's not her fault that Republicans were against women's equality and civil rights. What she actually exposed is the "conservative partisan agenda" against equal rights.
Ginsburg was known for fighting for women's equality which conservative Republicans were (and still are) ALL against and which assholes like you have only contempt for.
Only Democrats fought for gender equality. Only Democrats fight for gender equality. Only Democrats pass laws ensuring gender equality, which are the laws she ruled on, so only in that sense was she "partisan".
If Republicans would get behind the Constitution and support women, then Ginsburg couldn't be seen as "partisan" any longer. You would only see her as a great American.
It's OK for Justices to have personal opinions, especially on their death beds. Everyone knew Scalia's "personal conservative partisan" opinions, but you didn't complain about that, did you. Meanwhile, you can't fault Ginsburg's reasoning in her court decisions, can you.
