2 billion people globally have not taken HCQ in the past seven months. There hasn't even been that much HCQ manufactured. It would have required an additional 15 to 20 billion doses beyond what was already being produced for other diseases. There hasn't been that much manufactured, so the 2 billion people couldn't possibly have taken it, could they.

These areas transition into covid with that status.

The FDA published their guidance on the usage of hydroxychloroquine. They said is it is not effective in treating COVID-19 and it causes serious heart issues. So why do you keep on debating this?
