Political discussions about everything

Officers polite, Floyd claiming he could not breath from the outset, saying he couldn't get into the cop car because he was claustrophobic, claimed he had covid, said he would rather get on the ground than in the car, obviously high as a kite...

Yes, and then Floyd was murdered very politely by a cop who kept his knee on Floyds neck for more than a minute and a half after the cop's partner told him Floyd had no pulse. Toward the end of this, the cop had been calmly and casually putting his hand into his own pocket.

Again, what's your point, johnny? Why can't you ever bother to tell us in your post why you started these idiotic threads? It must have made you think SOMETHING about the event since you felt compelled you to start a thread about it.

This thread only makes it clear that you are supporting intentional murder by cops.

My point?

That Floyd was complaining of respiratory difficulty early on, long before he was on the pavement.

And he wanted himself to go to the pavement.

And he was high and resisting arrest, while the cops were polite to him.

No wonder Keith Ellison wanted the body cam film to remain hidden...

Where were the supervisors?

How come Chauvin was not following the proper police procedures?

Was Chauvin not properly trained or was he just incompetent?

Where were the other officers when all of this was happening?

How come they didn't intervene when Floyd was complaining of not being able to breath?

Why didn't Chauvin release Floyd.....since he was not even resisting?

Chauvin apparently had prior problems with force, and in my opinion there was no need whatever for a knee on the neck in this case.

He will likely go to prison for something, despite the body cam footage showing that the cops were initially polite and tried to get Floyd into custody peacefully.

The body cam shows how complicated such cases can be, but the cop Chauvin had no reason that I can see to keep any pressure on the neck.

It may well be that Floyd died of previously existing health conditions exacerbated by whatever drugs he was on, but that doesn't relieve the cop Chauvin of responsibility.

As to how police supervisors act in such scenarios, or whether they are present, I don't know.
