Obama met with Biden and Yates and Comey on Jan 5 just before Trump came in.

They discussed the effort to frame General Flynn, and Obama knew all about it.

Yates was shocked, but then Strzok and Page had texted that POTUS wanted to know everything they were doing as they helped use a fake dossier to lie to the FISA court to wiretap Trump's campaign.
