Political discussions about everything

Representatives for former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick called an audible less than an hour before he was scheduled to work out for 25 NFL teams Saturday, moving the session to a high school in Riverdale, Ga. from the Atlanta Falcons training facility in Flowery Branch, 60 miles away. The Associated Press reported that a number of scouts had already gone inside the Falcons' indoor training facility when word came of the change, while dozens of media had been set up in fenced-off parking next to the Falcons' facility.

Kaepernick added that "From the outset, Mr. Kaepernick requested a legitimate process and from the outset the NFL league office has not provided one." "Most recently, the NFL has demanded that as a precondition to the workout, Mr. Kaepernick sign a liability waiver that addresses employment-related issues.
Kaepernick is playing the NFL like a drum and I love watching them dance for the loser. First he makes them gather at a location and setup to watch and record his workout, he then switches the training location as they set up and demands that he be covered as an NFL player if he injures himself during the workout.

I love that RealTool had to start a new thread to escape his humiliation on his first thread about this.

For some reason RealTool didn't mention that no owners are showing up and that no one is calling them racists for not doing so.

Tool, you have to get it through your dimwitted skull---IT'S A STUPID GAME. NO INTELLIGENT PERSON CARES WHAT THEY DO.

Is Trump's situation really so bad that you are this desperate to distract from it?

For some reason RealTool didn't mention that no owners are showing up and that no one is calling them racists for not doing so.
You know that how?

The workout concluded and Kaepernick declared he is waiting for the offers, while telling the team reps "When you go back, tell your owners to stop being scared." He in the mean time refused to sign an agreement that he wouldn't sue if he wasn't hired after the workout.

What type of idiot would want someone like Kaepernick working for them?

Kaepernick looks like he has a beer belly in those workouts. All he did was throw the ball, no one coming at him, no dodging or runs, just throwing a ball to guys who weren't dodging anyone. Kaepernick only released 4 minutes edited out a 40 minute workout.

Even Jay Z, the person that convinced the NFL to give Kaepernick the workout, said he's done with Kaepernick after the childish stunt he played. Jay Z was all set up in the stands to watch his "bro" Kaepernick prove he still had it and then do some bro hugging for the camera...but his bro left him sitting in the stands and didn't perform, after all Jay Z went through to make it happen. Kaepernick pretended it was a last minutes decision and only gave notice he wouldn't perform there 30 minutes before he was supposed to perform. Instead he went to the high school and tossed some balls, the high school acknowledged, Kaepernick's people had arranged for the used of their football field over a week before. So it was all planned and Jay Z is furious.

Snakeoil, nobody threw him in jail for expressing his opinion.

But the rest of us have a right to different opnions.

My opinion is that he is spoiled and stupid, that he has no understanding of the fact that better men created and preserved his freedoms in America, and that he should respect this country as the best big experiment in democracy in the history of mankind on this planet.

If there has been some better big experiment in human governance, please say what it was.

it is snake, who wants Kaepernick in jail
That is of course the leftist way to silence those who won't toe the party line, it's of no surprise snake thinks that way.

No one owes Kaepernick anything, he could bring value to a team they would hire him, but all he does is offer poor talent and disruptions to whole team plus problems to the team's management. The circus he pulled at the schedule workouts of wanting the workout to run his way, with his own contract, with his own runners and restricted to what he wanted to show, not what they would ask him to do to demonstrate his talents. Then after 25 teams set up to watch him, he changes location 30 minutes prior to the workout they went out of their way to schedule for him. Who would sign a contract with a person like that?

Yes, they do, dimwit. And in sarcasm the meaning those words is the opposite of what the words say literally. It's the context and inflection that tells you when it's sarcasm.

You would know this already if you actually spoke English above a sixth grade level. You would also understand that snakeoil was making fun of YOU and your ilk by voicing your actual beliefs that you are too chickenshit to admit to yourself.

By the way, you should look up words some times to avoid looking like an imbecile.

"Sarcasm is an ironic or satirical remark tempered by humor. Mainly, people use it to say the opposite of what's true to make someone look or feel foolish."---RealTool's wake up call to feeling foolish

But since Republicans lack any sense of humor whatsoever, they will never understand sarcasm.

On the west coast (work) and haven't had time to keep up. Wow, my remark was tongue in cheek about the jail bit. But then some people have a compulsion to answer any post whether they're mind is in gear or not.

Just to explain it in 3rd grade English. Kaepernick was exercising his Constitutional right to peaceful protest.

Why aren't you ever so "friendly" with RealTool and sillydummy?

Maybe you would like to give them some "friendly" help with their ridiculous "bias media" term they repeatedly throw around this forum? Lord knows they need it.

Do you think they could be talking about the various media reporting on New York's Fashion Week and the latest fabric cuts used for this season's dresses and skirts?
