Would that be a House inquiry that Pelosi and Schiff would be expect to cooperate with? If not, why not?

Clown thinks member of the House can only be recalled. Article1, Section 5, of the Constitution provides that members of the House can be expelled.

Notice he refuses answer the question if four Republicans in the House can just open up their own inquiry of Pelosi and Schiff without a House vote and subject them and their staff to subpoenas that they have to comply with. Which is exactly what the four Democrats in the House have done to Trump.

The subpoenas to the Executive Branch are perfectly Constitutional and it is not optional to cooperate or not. We the people have the power to remove the President.
