People who work at the council are career government professionals detailed from the Pentagon, State Department, and intelligence agencies. The NSC is an interagency panel designed to provide the president with subject-matter experts who can offer advice on foreign policy. The agency went from 180 to 350 under Obama, most in his last year as President. These are representatives to other agencies that are supposed to be loyal to the White House, thus they are involved in discussions and activities only the White House is aware of.

Now why would Obama want to increase the size of NSC on his way out of office? Guess what agency the CIA leaker works in. Obama's Administration appointed 100's of spys within the White House on their way out.

Now we know why there has been a constant flow of leakers from within the White House on day one Trump took office. Time for Trump to demand the current NSC staff be reduce and all Obama era NSC employees be rotated out. The *** will stop.

Supposedly this character was in the CIA and had been detailed to the W House.

Presumably, the idea was that he/she help, but instead he/she served in essence as a spy seeking to release classified information -- a private phone call to a foreign leader could easily involve national security -- while trying to pretend he was a "whistleblower."

The contacts with Schiff and/or Schiff's staff showed that he/she was not a whistleblower in the technical, legal sense at all, but merely a partisan looking to leak classified info without going to prison.

Schiff has called upon more within the NSC to come forward and become patriots by providing dirt on Trump. He promised they would be protected and well taken care of for their courage.

Apparently the implanted swamp hasn't been as effective as they were supposed to so Democrats are calling on them to not provide facts but what might Trump might be doing so more investigations and resistance can take place.
