No, it proves affirmative action (what you ignorant clowns call "reverse racism") is absolutely necessary as an attempt at providing equal justice and opportunity to all Americans. You can't undo the damage of 400 years of racism by simply saying we won't be racist any more. It's like we were all running a race that started out with everyone but the whites having to carry an extra 100 pounds, and then hundreds of years later the whites say "Go ahead, you can put down your extra weight and we agree to run a fair race from now on." The problem is, all the whites are already miles ahead and can NEVER be caught due to their centuries-long head start.

I got my scholarship because I'm "not white", not because of my economic status. I took over my dad's very successful business a few years after my tax paid college education. I knew white males who came from poor families that had to take out college loans and work after school to attend. In the mean time, I came from a well off family, didn't have to take out loans or work after school...all because I wasn't white.

So when I hear a white person talk of white privilege, I know they aren't talking about economic status, they're saying they feel they are superior so darkies need a free pass.

Because college was more affordable back then, I was able to fund it myself via jobs.

Obama's kids grew up in a taxpayer-funded mansion, yet they will both get affirmative action in schooling and jobs.
