U.S. Attorney Jessie Liu has recommended moving forward with charges against Andrew McCabe, as the Justice Department rejects a last-ditch appeal from the former top FBI official.

McCabe -- the former deputy and acting director of the FBI -- appealed the decision of the U.S. attorney for Washington all the way up to Jeffrey Rosen, the deputy attorney general, but the department rejected that request.

McCabe’s legal team said they received an email from the Department of Justice which said, "The Department rejected your appeal of the United States Attorney’s Office’s decision in this matter. Any further inquiries should be directed to the United States Attorney’s Office."

McCabe, who recently was hired as a paid CNN commentator, spent 21 years with the FBI. He became the acting director in May 2017 after President Trump fired former director James Comey. CNN did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Thursday.
Happy joy, joy!

So Justme why don'y you go and explain to the internet how McCabe and a bunch of lifelong Republicans in the FBI colluded with Russia and Hillary to lose her own election so that Trump would win so that then the deep state could take him down????

Well because all of that shit makes perfect sense to the entire world..........

Well, since we know the Chinese are good at counting, I guess that means RealTool might not be a Chinese operative after all.
He can't even count to "one" without making a mistake. He's just a tool with a childishly susceptible mind open to suggestion. He probably has cute Hello Kitty toys and trinkets all around his house.

I defended no one, Tool. You have once again proven that you're a typical ignorant conservative who doesn't understand English.
#119136
Tool, explaining that you are functionally retarded and don't know what you're talking about is not defending anyone, you moron.

It's just calling a dimwit a dimwit.

But being a typical dimwit who doesn't understand simple English, you undoubtedly think it is defending someone.

Go ahead, Tool, prove me right. Wait for it!!!

This really has nothing to do with partisan points.

It is wrong for any candidate to spend 11 million dollars on a fake dossier put together by a former British spy from Russian sources to attempt to wreck the campaign of another candidate.

This fake dossier was known by Weissman to be phony 10 days before the Mueller probe even began.

Any investigation should be fair, but Mueller hire ONLY partisan Democrats to investigate a Republican (their political enemy).

Brennan pushed this phony dossier (which he had to know was all bull) to Democrat Harry Reid.

McCain (who had to know the dossier was total baloney) gave the dossier to the FBI, so there was a feedback loop.

This was an attempted admin coup d'état.

Try to keep up Elk.

Obama had better get his check book out because he going to be hiring a ton of lawyers to try and defend the people that did his dirty deeds. If he doesn't, he'll be hiring attorneys to defend himself because one of them will flip unless advised/ controlled by Obama paid attorneys.

Elkin, if you are wondering whether our "justice" system works, then you are not alone.

So far, we've seen a truckload of very clear evidence that there was an attempted administrative coup d'état.

Yates, Priestap, Strozok, Page, Bruce and Nellie Ohr, Glen Simpson and Fusion GPS, Chris Steele, McCabe, Comey, the list of partisan people who for political reasons participated is a long one.

Elkin, would it be okay with you if the RNC paid for fake dossiers on Bernie and Liz and Kamala and Mayor Bootygood?

Would you be happy if Repub partisans in top positions used those fake dossier to abuse FISA and get wiretaps on top Dem candidates?

Still waiting for charges on McCabe?

Elkin, anybody with the slightest understanding of justice would NOT want people to stage an administrative coup d'état.

Elkin, would it be okay with you if the RNC paid for fake dossiers on Bernie and Liz and Kamala?

Would you be happy if Repub partisans in top positions used those fake dossier to abuse FISA and get wiretaps on top Dem candidates?
#119298
If the "fake dossiers" were all true, as it appears the Trump dossier is since no one could disprove any of it, then we have the need to know.

But I suspect you mean actual fake dossiers made up of untrue things, which would be a typical Republican ploy and the opposite of the Trump dossier. That would be very bad to have Republicans lie like that to stage an "administrative coup".<---- Funny misuse of the English language, johnny.
#119309
I agree no president should be able to hide their past from the voters, and that is why it would be interesting to learn the actual SAT and LSAT scores of Barry, and whether he was actually listed as an international student, but all such matters are deeply hidden from the voters and will remain so.

As to McCabe not being charged thus far, it doesn't bode well for the rule of law.

But what are Democrats happy about?

Do they really want fake dossiers written on Warren, or Harris, or Biden?

Do they really want FISA judges lied to to get warrants to wiretap those people?

Is that really what Dems find okay these days?
#119313
What would be dumb is for Democrats to want fake dossiers, and phony special counsel probes, aimed against Democrats.

What happened was an attempted administrative coup d'etat against a president which corrupt Dem officials wanted to stop.

It is the most enormous scandal in American political history -- top officials helping one candidate who contravened 18 USC 793.

And trying to frame another with a fake dossier and lies to FISA judges to get four wiretaps, all four of which were almost surely unlawful.
#119320
When any Democrats wants fake dossiers, or phony special counsel probes, or framing someone with a fake dossier and lies to FISA judges to get four wiretaps, or any of that other stuff you made up, be sure to let the Trump Justice Department know, johnny.

I'm sure they will be outraged at the greatest scandal in American history and get right on it. You can take solace that a patriotic Republican is running the show now and will look into it for you.

Rest easy, johnny. If there is any truth at all to your serious accusations, they will no doubt be dealt with in a timely manner.
#119326
The Dems are in essence saying that making up a fake dossier, involving Russian hookers urinating on a politician, and Brennan peddling that to Dem Senator Harry Reid, is no big deal.

So Democrats must be saying they want fake dossiers, and phony special counsel probes, aimed against Democrats.
#119328
johnny, the dossier never said any Russian hookers urinated on Trump. And even if it had said that, Trump wasn't a politician at the time. That's all just more of your conservative made up stupid shit.

Or maybe it is just more closeted deviant wishful thinking on your part.

Whichever, it has nothing to do with reality.
#119332
What you are saying is that it was dandy for Hillary to work with Fusion GPS to cobble together a fake dossier, filled with lies, and have that dossier used to lie to FISA judges four times and have Trump's campaign wiretapped.

Then the Mueller probe went on for two years based on that fake dossier, and the associated lies put out to leftist media outlets such as Mother Jones and Yahoo, and that was the entire "factual" premise of the probe.

Brennan shopped the fake dossier -- which he had to know was totally fake -- to Harry Reid. McCain, the snake, gave it to the FBI reportedly. So there was an intentional feedback loop of lies.

Would Democrats want that to be done to their candidates?
#119336
No, dimwit, stop lying about what I am saying.

I said it is just fine for Hillary to take over paying for the Republican-instigated real dossier.

I also said the Mueller probe was not driven by the dossier and it was not the entire premise of the probe. Again, you are simply making it up.

And finally, yes, I want the same thing done to Democrat candidates. Real dossiers containing true facts voters need to know are important to our democratic system.
#119359
It would be nice to see that "justice" works on Democrats, but it remains to be seen.

Barr obviously should have charged Comey, who confessed on TV to leaking, and the material was only selectively declassified later by four of the partisan coup plotters, so that was a fake declassification anyhow.

As matters now stand, Democrats seem to approve of fake dossiers being made up about Biden, Kamala, Bernie, et al.

So, if some partisan Repub in the Deep State wants to make up a phony dossier claiming some candidate hired Russian hookers to urinate on him/her, that seems to be dandy with the partisan hypocrites now infesting the Dem party.
