Lawrence shot his wad last night trying to smear Trump with fake news and MSNBC came down on him hard and told him to shut the fuck up and apologize to Trump after being faced with a lawsuit for the fake news.

Any further fake news by Lawrence on Trump will surely result in a YUGE win by Trump in a lawsuit against Lawrence and MSNBC. Lawrence and MSNBC can only say OOPS so many times before a jury bitch slaps them.

Always with the made up stupid shit, eh, Tool?

Rupert Murdock already went to court and won his case that FOXnews could knowingly 'report' any lie they want and not be held liable. "Freedom of the press" and all.

But most ridiculous of all is that Trump regularly tells unsupported lies about all sorts of people and you say it's just "free speech".
It's time you learned that it goes both ways. If Trump can do it with impunity, and Rupert Murdock can do it with impunity, then so can other media.

Clown, a little civics 101 lesson is in order. Telling a lie alone isn't something you can be sued for. When you try to mislead people with false information in an attempt to harm another person or business, now you've opened yourself up to a lawsuit. O'Donnell and MSNBC will now have to walk on eggshells because one more even like that will result in a very winnable lawsuit with YUGE payouts for Trump and his family.

Yes, Tool, that's why Trump is getting sued so much.

As to O'Donnell, you need to prove what he said is a lie, and Trump will never provide that proof. The only hope is if Deutsche Bank can deliver the goods. But Trump is fighting that as well.

Why do you think that is, Tool? He can't win a lawsuit against O'Donnell without proof it's a lie, but he refuses to allow anyone to see the proof. And every Trump supporter knows why that is. They know what O'Donnell said is true.

You really know don't if what O'Donnell said was inaccurate. The information was only from a single source and it did not meet NBC's journalistic standards.

Only Trump and his sycophants are saying it's false and those people obviously don't have a reputation for veracity.

Trump can always sue O'Donnell for libel, however, Trump would have to release his tax documents to support his claim. And we all know Trump is fighting tool and nail not to release his tax records. :D
