The only reason Mueller is trying to change his testimony is that it was pointed out by a Republican Congressman that he had already testified and put in his report that the OLC opinion had no influence on his decision not indict and asked him when was he telling the truth, then or when he answered Lieu's question. He should be accountable for his lies under oath, Flynn wasn't given a chance to say he "misspoke" when he lied.

Mueller won't be getting any sleep tonight as they start laying out the other lies he made today.
