Judge tosses House Dems' lawsuit over Trump's use of emergency military funds for border wall

Washington, D.C., district court Judge Trevor McFadden threw out House Democrats' lawsuit seeking an injunction against President Trump's emergency border wall funding reallocation, saying that the matter is fundamentally a political dispute and that the politicians lack standing to make a legal case.

You conservatards don't care if Congressional powers are weakened in support of a dictatorship, but liberals DO care that "We the People" run things and decide what we want our President to do.

Congress gave Trump money to spend on border security, but he didn't care. Trump decided he wanted to take additional money away from other priorities that had been set by Congress. In other words, Trump was just being an asshole. That's why your ilk love him so much.

The 9th Circuit has ruled time and time again in favor of illegals, to the point that current laws favor only illegals who pretend to seek asylum, never show up for their hearing, and stay in America on the welfare system forever.
