"Beto" is an Irish guy married to an affluent gal.
He rides a skateboard like a kid, and likes to drop the word "fuck" into his stump speech to attempt to seem hip and cool.
He uses the name "Beto" to attempt to seem Hispanic and thus suck up to illegal immigrants and legal Hispanics.
