There recently was a death of a 98 year old lady named Irena.

During WWII, Iliana, got permission to work in the Warsaw Ghetto, as a
Plumbing/Sewer specialist.

She had an ulterior motive...

She KNEW what the Nazi's plans were for the Jews, (being German).

Iliana smuggled infants out in the bottom of her tool box she carried, and she
carried in the back of her truck a Burlap sack, (for larger kids).

She also had a dog in the back, that she trained to bark when the Nazi soldiers
let her in, and out of the ghetto.

The soldiers of course wanted nothing to do with the dog, and the barking
covered the kids/infants noises.

During her time and course of doing this, she managed to smuggle out and save
2500 kids/infants.

She was caught, and the Nazi's broke both her legs, and arms, and beat her
severely.

Iliana kept a record of the names of all the kids she smuggled out, and kept
them in a glass jar, buried under a tree in her back yard.

After the war, she tried to locate any parents that may have survived it, and
reunited the family.

Most of course had been gassed.

Those kids she helped got placed into foster family homes, or adopted.

Last year Iliana was up for the Nobel Peace Prize....

She LOST.

For the most part the story was used as a curtain to hide the real agenda of the post which came out at the end : a political hack against Al Gore.

Just go straight to the point and explain why you hate Al Gore. Present facts with credible sources. Don't use some cheap shot by manipulating the sympathy of readers here thru stories that appeal on emotions.

You're way off base on sooo many levels.
First, I admire Al Gore, I think he is an honest and decent man who truly is making a difference, albeit a misguided a largely ineffective one. In fact, I admire him so much I played Al Gore on this vary same site about 10 years ago. Al Gore was one of my sock puppets. I used to pop up and claim every invention on and including the internet.
Next, If I were forced at gunpoint to choose between the Democraps and the Reuplicunts, I would choose the former. The Democraps are just weak and a lot of the conservative Republicunts are just plain evil.
Finally, I am, at least in my own definition, more liberal than conservative. I voted for Al Gore, I voted, I hate to admit, for John Kerry and I also voted for Obama.
I have grown tired of all politicians because they are corrupt. I decided after the last election that their was no salvaging the current political system and now advocate the destruction of same. Call me an ex liberal if you must label me, but don't assume based on a single post that you know anything about my motives.

OK, here's another one.
Dubya was thought to be tough, resolute, a fighter, yet he ran away from service to his country in VietNam. He is only 5"8" and had a reputation as a partier,not a fighter. In college, he was a male cheerleader.
John Kerry was perceived of as a liberal pussy, thought to be weak and ineffectual and a threat to national security, yet he was a decorated VietNam veteran, he is 6'4" tall and played rugby in college. In a fist fight, Kerry would undoubtedly kick the shit out of Dubya and most of us here, yet Karl Rove somehow convinced a majority(at least that is what Diebold tells us) of Americans that he would not effectively protect this country. Now, isn't that ironic?

John Kerry was a traitor to his fellow troops, he injured himself to get three purple hears (which he put himself in for) in order to get out of harms way as quickly as possible - dishonoring himself in the eyes of any honorable military member.

If you were to check, John Kerry's DD-214 was modified during the time of Jimmy Carters "Amnesty" period, which was AFTER John Kerry was discharged from the service - Kerry had a blemish on his service record that was changed under the Amnesty program of Carter.

You may not like Bush, but he did sign up during Combat operations in VN, unlike Ron Paul that resigned his commission in the Air Force just as Combat Operations started in VN, and he joined the Coast Guard - and don't forget, the closest Obama has come to being in the Military is supporting the combat positions of TERROR GROUPS.

I also did several searches, including snopes and found no reference at all to Dr Paul resigning his commission in the Veitnam war. Is this something you heard from Bill Ohreally or bombastic Rush Limburger, cuz either way it stinks like rotten cheese. Please subsantiate. Facts vs Facts republicans can't win against the democrats when presented to the educated voter. Republicans just have to lie, spin and just do anything to win. And i have notice that when they start to describe democrats in a bad way they are describing themselves actually.
