However, let's be real.

Long ago, Bannon should have registered as a foreign agent, but didn't. Same was true of his partner Podesta.

One of them (the Repub) was pursued and the other (the Dem) was not, and there is the problem with partisanship in top agencies.

However, she put classified email on a private server.

Intent is not necessary to prove that, but she was a Yale-educated lawyer who intended to set up a private server, did so, and then put the email on it.

She broke 18 USC 793.

Read it, come back, and tell me she didn't.
