11. Seismic stations around the world are monitored 24/7 to detect nuclear tests and satellite images are scanned 24/7 to detect testing or new manufacturing facilities.

12. 10% of the Energy Dept. budget goes to clean up the Hanford site that is left over from the cold war. Most of the plutonium was made at Hanford. In the past, nuclear wastes were put in steel drums and buried. The drums are now leaking and there are some chemical reactions taking place in the drums due to the mixing of different nuclear wastes. It is estimated that it will cost 100 years and $100,000,000,000 to clean up the site.

13. The Energy Dept. has a $400.000.000,000 fund that finances energy projects. This is administered through banks (for a fee.) The failed solar factory under Obama was part of this. The fund has made a huge profit for the Federal Government over the years. The Trump administration has transferred this to the Secretary's office and negotiations are under way to have Wall Street take over this fund.

14. The Dept. of Agriculture was studying to see what it would take to use GMO seeds as weapons of mass destruction. (Theoretically feasible.) The Trump Administration shut this study down.
