One FBI Agent who has since retired said Hillary was given a memo of what their investigation had revealed and others had said, then asked if the information was accurate, Hillary's 3 attorneys said yes and they left. That was the interview.

From what I understand the FBI does not have a policy which requires it's agents to record interviews.
