The nominee's mother was a lesser judge in MD who ruled against the accuser's parents in a foreclosure case.
The accuser attended the rally the day after Trump was inaugurated, so she opposes Trump.
She has also railed against Scalia-type judges, and this is exactly what Kavanaugh is.
Now, nobody knows for sure, but the third person in the room (the guy) said this didn't happen.
So is this the new standard for every Court nominee?
Just roll out some woman at the last minute who complains, and this ends the nomination?
