So if that's what you think, why didn't you say so, dummy?

Obama was busy saving the country from disaster and brought the unemployment down from near depression levels to pretty good levels.

Trump then took over during the best global economy in 40 years and the Obama trend simply continued on its trajectory.
#107875
Oh, stop, that is a lame talking point even for the Left.

Obama redistributed wealth, and even his Obamacare was that too.

He was a nutty socialist who thought you needed a "magic wand" to help the economy, and he was totally wrong.

Oh, stop, that is a lame talking point even for the Right.

Don't take my word for it, johnny. Take the word of the Bureau of Labor Statistics:

https://data.bls.gov/timeseries/LNS14000000

There was absolutely no change in the unemployment trend when Trump took over. It stayed precisely on the seven year Obama track.
Trump had no effect on it whatsoever. The good global economy made it virtually inevitable.
It would have been exactly the same if Hillary were elected.
#107883
LOL, that is a ludicrous claim.

So any "track" is inexorable?

If true, then no Democrat need ever run again because the "track" will lead forever to economic victory regardless of who is president.

Come on, Obama's presidency was a disaster of race-baiting and socialism, with the slowest recovery ever from an economic mess.

"So any "track" is inexorable?"-johnflubs

No, dimwit. Read what I said. The global economy was the healthiest in 40 years at the time Trump took over. Because of that, the global economy was going to continue on its track regardless of who was in the White House. Context, johnny. You always seem to cheerfully ignore context to make your ludicrous sweeping arguments.

Unfortunately, Trump has been doing his best to disrupt this rare healthy global economy with tariffs and sanctions. And despite the tariffs with China, our trade deficit with them is still widening, which is the opposite of what Trump claimed he would achieve with his trade policies.

Regardless, you saw the unemployment chart, johnny. Trump had no effect on it. It continued on its existing trend line. I didn't make it up. And you didn't make any argument against that fact, did you.

Come on, Trump's presidency is a disaster of race-baiting, corruption, and plutocracy, without any noticeable change in the preexisting state of the economy.

Trump rode his daddy's coattails to wealth.

Trump rode Obama's coattails and claimed a strong economy was a result of his policies.

Now Trump is spending like a drunken sailor and running up trillions of dollars of debt because of his tax cuts.

THERE ARE NO FREE LUNCHES!

Trump got a 1 million loan.

Elkin could go out today and get that; it isn't all that much for a business.

Trump turned that small loan into 5 or 10 billion.

Elkin has turned all the loans he got into negative territory.

However, I do have respect for Elkin's present job as the night manager of the Dew Drop Inn Motel in South Skeeter Hollow, Mississippi.

Again, johnny, Trump lost that money decades ago and then started over with Russian money. In the 90s, Ivanka said Trump was millions in debt, and no U.S. banks would lend to him any longer.

But when you're willing to commit crimes, all sorts of gangsters will line up to pay you to launder their money.

which you have yet to prove...
which reminds me Ojackass barrowed how much from China and still walked out in debt.. Leave the US with a down graded credit rating and in debt to the tune of 3 trillion or more.

Meanwhile Trump has been making Americans money hand over fist while Ojcakss never could...

No John...Trump didn't take a 1 million dollar loan and turn it into 5 - 10 billion dollars.

That would have taken a 20%+ compounded annual return for more than 40 years. And you can't do it while running 5 casinos into the ground...

Not sure why you persistently propagate this lie?
