Moreover, it would have to be proven that Trump directed that and, even then, that it was a violation.

That is how things will go if he is the pivotal person on this point.

Interestingly, this was apparently in the SDNY (a 95 percent Democrat area) and Clinton sycophant Lanny D was involved.
