They're not done with Strzok, I know what they're doing, they're withholding bringing criminal charges against those involved in the attempted removal of the President until the Mueller investigation is done. They don't want allegations that Trump filed charges on those investigated him to avoid being accused of attempting to intimidate those still doing the investigation.
