Apparently early in the investigation Mueller stopped one of his investigators who uncovered evidence of by the two. Upon information of the crimes being leaked, Mueller explained his team didn't pursue the evidence since it was outside the scope of his mandate. Following action by Judicial Watch Mueller has since referred the matters to The U.S. Attorney's office in Manhattan for conclusion. Those under investigation include Tony Podesta, a Democratic lobbyist and co-founder of the onetime lobbying powerhouse the Podesta Group and a former Hillary Clinton advisor. Attorney Greg Craig, who worked in the Clinton White House and served as White House counsel for the Obama administration is also named as a subject.
No matter how biased and anti Trump Mueller's investigation has been, it has inadvertently resulted in several top level anti Trump government workers to lose their job and has now put the spot light on Hillary and Obama. In the mean time Trump has been untouched and his approval rating went up to an all time high today as he continued to undo Obama's legacy!
