I thought for sure it was a johnforbes sock puppet. It bears all the hallmarks...

The name uses medical jargon instead the vernacular, which johnforbes is wont to do, and it has mildly disturbing swishy homosexual overtones, which pretty much sums up everything johnny writes.

So if it isn't johnforbes, then the two of them should at least get together for a workout in shorts on the treadmill...which johnforbes is also wont to do in front of other guys, as Mr. Big unfortunately informed us a few years back.
