No way should they do that, the FBI gave all of Hillary's people immunity from prosecution and they then invoked the 5th. They should tell McCabe, tell us everything you know and if you have information that checks out, we'll take that in consideration in our charges against you.

That's what Obama's administration did once granted immunity. The whole thing was a farce as the DOJ report will reveal. McCabe thinks it might work again, get immunity and then say I don't recall.

McCabe knows he's screwed, that's why he asking for immunity from criminal prosecution to even talk about what happened.

Mills and Huma apparently lied to the FBI, but were given immunity not to get them to testify but evidently just to institutionally cover up the extent of Obama Administration corruption.

What happened was simple, and very alarming for the Left if they just consider it could happen to them too.

One presidential candidate who had very clearly broken the law was protected.

The other had a fake dossier bought about him, then the FISA court was lied to, and then Trump was wiretapped.

That is normally how immunity agreements are written, but in the case of the immunity given to Hillary's minions it didn't require that they testify or tell all. The were given blanket immunity then asked if they would cooperate which they chose not to do, in fact what they did say turned out to be proven lies. Under a normal immunity agreement, the immunity would be revoked, but these couldn't be revoked so they will never have to face prosecution unless new crimes are proven that weren't covered in the immunity agreements. Thus the outrage from so many in law enforcement, they had never seen such blanket immunity agreements where no matter what they did or didn't do, they had immunity from prosecution.
