First, Snopes is not a reliable source for fact-checking although it may well be correct in this instance. Snopes consists of two people, 1 Canadian and 1 Californian, both Left Wing people.

Second, California has indeed made it de facto possible for illegal immigrants to vote. Over 1 million illegals have been given driving licenses in CA, and that's all you need to vote. But it is even worse than that. California has assured voters they won't even ask for driving licenses, which invites illegals to vote.

Just prior to the 2016 election, Obama assured a young Hispanic reporter that nobody would go after any illegal who voted, thus giving a wink and a nod to illegals voting -- a disgraceful thing for an American president to do.

But then why pass a bill when all they need to do is give out a drivers licenses. that gives them free rain to vote as they please. wont be long and they will be in office.
