Why did Obama "fib it" dozens of times when he knew very well you could not keep your doctor, and not keep your plan?

Why did he and Rice lie repeatedly about Benghazi?

Why was Lois Lerner allowed to target conservatives at the IRS? Surely that was directed from above?

Why did Strzok and Page say POTUS wanted to know everything they were doing if he had been such a benign and wonderful presence?
