President Trump paused during comments to reporters alongside French President Emmanuel Macron on Tuesday to brush a speck of dandruff off his counterpart's shoulder, remarking that Macron needed to look "perfect."

American workers can relate to Trump because he's just a normal guy with a lot of confidence and doesn't pretend to be someone he's not. Macron is going to go back to France and say "Trump is the real deal"

Looks like a garden variety "Low Five" as we hip people call it.

It would take a push broom, much like the one used in cattle barns, to sweep Elkin's dandruff away.
