Guess he wasnt trained properly. you never put your finger on the trigger unless you plan on using it. Just because one one person was not properly trained or didnt pay attention doesn't mean others are in the same boat.

Yes, that is the issue.

You would never just require all teachers to carry weapons.

Or have any teacher doing that without training.

Now, if you take a person like Clownslacker, he wouldn't be able to use a restroom without firing a pistol.

But the typical person could do that.
