Not sure about that Comey came out today and said he's prepared to testify against McCabe. The rats are coming out as the ship sinks. Trump predicted this would happen over a year ago. :D

Comey thought the View would be a "safe" place but he failed to realize those libtard women are still hold him accountable for their hero Hillary losing. They roasted him live on television, you can tell by the look on his face he was stunned they were doing that to him.

I guess it's time to end this two-man circle jerk---

"The referral raises the possibility that McCabe could be charged and jailed for his alleged misconduct — perhaps with Comey testifying as a witness against him. A referral to federal prosecutors, though, does not necessarily mean McCabe will be charged."

"Michael R. Bromwich, McCabe’s lawyer, said in a statement: “We were advised of the referral within the past few weeks. Although we believe the referral is unjustified, the standard for an [inspector general] referral is very low. We have already met with staff members from the U.S. Attorney’s Office. We are confident that, unless there is inappropriate pressure from high levels of the Administration, the U.S. Attorney’s Office will conclude that it should decline to prosecute.”-Washington Post

Unsurprisingly, RealTool lied again when he claimed the IG "concludes McCabe committed criminal acts"
He didn't.
And Comey never said he would testify against McCabe. Either he would be called or he wouldn't be called.
It is unlikely anything will come of this.

Of course, Comey's "priceless" face on The View looked exactly as it always looks when he listens to news. namangulfdumbfuck has simply never watched Comey before or he would know this.

It's all just more made up stupid shit from RealTool and his idiot sidekick namandgulfdumbfuck.

I have to agree with Clown that McCabe is not in any serious trouble.

Sure, he broke the law.

Yes, he should pay for that.

But this will be referred to an attny in DC, who will surely be a partisan Democrat, and who will surely not do anything much to McCabe.

Partisanship aside, Americans are facing a very serious situation in which there are two sets of laws -- one which applies to ordinary people, and another for important Democrats.

Huma and Mills clearly lied about the server, and they have never been charged with one single thing.

It well be delaied until after the midterm elections. Hoping more Dems get in so they put it on hold forever

It was assigned to one of the only conservative judges in D.C., and she was appointed by Trump, McCabe's attorneys are outraged.
#102301
I certainly hope I'm wrong and that at least one Democrat will be brought to account for all the many crimes committed in this debacle.

E.g., Huma and Mills lied about the server, and WikiLeaks showed that, but they are floating entirely free.

Despite very clearly breaking 18 USC, Hillary floats utterly free to this day.
#102302
McCabe's acts were Illegal per se, to not charge him would make it clear to even Elk, there are two sets of rules, one for certain D.C. insiders and another for the rest of America. I think that would be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
#102330
It is almost beyond dispute that he broke the law.

So did Hillary.

It is now almost certain that Huma and Mills lied about Hillary's server, but they have faced no charges whatever while people as harmless as Martha Stewart went to prison for far less.

So far, it looks like we are almost at the point where there are two tiers of law -- one for ordinary people, another for important Democrats.

I hope that changes.
#102333
johnny, it's REPUBLICANS who aren't doing anything about it. They control the legal system now.

So it looks like the Republicans are responsible for your two-tiered legal system, not Democrats.

At least the Republicans (Sessions, Rosenstein, Mueller, Berman, etc.) are going after all the Republican criminals, I'll give them that. But it makes me think there must be no legal "THERE" there with the Democrats generally or the Republicans would do something about it, wouldn't they?
#102336
Calling Rosenstein and Mueller "Republicans" is absurd.

Perhaps long ago they even were, but there isn't the slightest doubt where their loyalty is today, and that is with helping every Democrat they can.

Why did Mueller hire 9 of 17 lawyers who were so biased they donated to Hillary/Obama?

Well, because those were the people he wanted out of the tens of thousands of available lawyers he could have hired.
#102337
You said it yourself, johnny. It would be impossible to find a team of totally unbiased lawyers in D.C..

And you see what having only Republicans doing the investigations leads to; the ridiculous, unbalanced, meaningless Republican whitewash memo of the House Intelligence Committee.
Having only a bunch of Republicans on the investigation would have insured the outcome from the start, so why bother?

But only 9 of 17 Democrat-leaning lawyers is pretty good. The other 8 Republican-leaning lawyers will keep the 9 honest. It's all anyone can hope for.

How you continue to criticize the Mueller team for partisanship when there are as many Republicans on the team is just stupid. The team SHOULD have both in on the investigation. That's a good thing, dummy.
#102342
No, his entire team consists of Dems.

Not a single person on that team is a Repub, unless you want to count the ancient claim that once long ago Mueller leaned Repub -- something which clearly changed.

I agree that an unbiased lawyer is about as rare as a snow leopard.

But what you do is find people who have NOT proven their bias by writing checks to Hillary or Obama.

Mueller did NOT do that, and those 9 lawyers are STILL employed there despite many months of Mueller knowing full well their proven bias.

That is NOT a way to ever have a credible, neutral investigation.

By the way, I would NEVER permit anybody on that team who had donated to a Repub either.
#102360
do you think a viable legal defense during litigation is to claim the police are a bunch of liberals?
They were never police they're all attorneys, they've never put a set of cuffs on anyone. They were appointed, they didn't work their way up the ranks by actually arresting people themselves. The real police did that for them.
#102364
Elkin, just pause a second and have a rare moment of honesty.

If a Democrat president were being pursued by a special counsel, and he hired 100 percent members of the opposite party (with over 1/2 of them having donated to your opponent), you would instantly realize the unfairness of that.

But that is precisely what Mueller has done here.
#102381
It is quite an important thing for a jury to know, obviously.

Bias matters.

Mueller should have known that, and he must surely have read that 9 of the 17 lawyers he hired had shown bias by donating to Obama-Hillary.

He should have known that the appearance of neutrality was crucial, but he apparently didn't care and wanted what he assembled -- a team of 100 percent Democrat supporters.
#102424
The Left has always claimed investigative bias or jury bias -- it is what the Left does.

So now Elkin is foolishly pretending he thinks the FBI SHOULD be biased?

No special counsel should stack its team with 100 percent of one party, and the party here is conveniently Democrats when a Republican is being pursued by Mueller.

This is just clear, obvious, partisan bias.

No, I don't want ANYBODY WHO DONATED TO ANY POLITICIAN being on that investigative team.
#102434
As we have noted before, federal regulations prohibit the Justice Department from considering the political affiliation or political contributions of career appointees, including those appointed to the Special Counsel’s Office. So Mueller is legally prohibited from considering the political affiliations of the people he has hired. Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein, who appointed Mueller, also has told Congress that it is not a disqualification for a lawyer in the Special Counsel’s Office to have made a political donation.
#102442
Elkin, you are just completely wrong.

Either that or you are just so stupid you can't think at all.

Do you even know why Sessions or anybody else would recuse themselves in a given case?

The whole point of any investigation is to have it be fair -- AND TO BE PERCEIVED AS FAIR.

Why do you think judges wear robes and sit on a bench? For their comfort?

No, it is part of a process to help convey the sense that justice is being done.

Mueller had an affirmative duty to not just be fair, but to remove any political taint from his investigation.

Instead, ALL OF HIS STAFFERS ARE DEMOCRATS, and 9 of them recently donated to Hillary and Obama to prove their partisanship.

No, he should NOT hire anybody who donated to Republicans either.

What's that have to do with the team Mueller picked? He wasn't hiring them into the federal government.
