The brother of a murdered Border Patrol agent is calling for the "Fast and Furious" case to be reopened, and he's encouraged by the Trump Justice Department's announcement that it will turn over documents withheld by former Attorney General Eric Holder.

President Trump has pardoned former Navy sailor Kristian Saucier who was convicted of breaking laws by taking a photo inside a nuclear submarine, the White House said Friday.

The case gained national attention because the prosecution of Mr. Saucier contrasted sharply with the Obama Justice Department decision not to bring charges against former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for mishandling classified material on her secret email server.

Yes, you had some young sailor doing nothing really wrong, while Hillary (a Yale-educated lawyer) set up a private server on purpose.

She set it up to destroy her evidentiary trail.

She had classified info on the server, and everybody knew (including Strozok and Comey) that she had contravened 18 USC.

Then she deleted 33,000 emails under congressional subpoena, BleachBit-ed the server, and they bought hammers to the State Dept to pound to bits her cell phones.

Everybody with half a brain knows she destroyed evidence, and that her email setup broke the law.
