How, then, was he able to brief Harry Reid on it before the election in 2016?

I heard a recording of Trey Gowdy questioning him on this matter yesterday. You can hear in Gowdy's voice the sound of the jail doors closing as he lays the perjury foundation.

Don't these people, and Clapper is another example, realize that they are on camera?

Why in the world would Clapper say, a few years back, that there was no bulk data collection on Americans when he knew very well that was not true?

By the way, Senator Wyden -- a Democrat -- should be congratulated for having asked that question. Historically, Dems were suspicious of the Deep State but today they pretend to love it.
