Who paid for all of this?

Marc Veyrat, one of five top chefs in the world cooked for 150 world leaders at the conference. Awarded the top three Michelin stars for two of his establishments and 20 out of 20 by Gault&Millault, Mr Veyrat is considered by some the world's finest chef. He specialises in traditional dishes, with lots of wild herbs and a little "molecular gastronomy", chemistry-inspired recipes that produce new textures such as emulsions in cuisine. Mr Veyrat, cooked at the climate conference with four other top chefs, all Michelin-starred.
French diplomats surmised that one of the reasons that previous climate talks had failed was because the food was not good enough to inspire the negotiators.
If these 150 world leaders really cared about saving the planet, they wouldn't flown in over 7,000 family members, friends, security and staff to party down for a whole week in Paris. They would had the discussions via teleconference. This is how they started off spending the billions in the name of saving the planet while asking peons to sacrifice and pay up or die.

I stand ready to confer on climate in Paris at any time.
At their expense, of course.
And as long as a chef cognizant of low-fat, mostly veg diet is there to cook for me.
My training in climate science (zero) is identical to the training of Al Gore and Barry O in that field (zero).

Marc Veyrat was recently fined $100K for destroying a protected forest
around his La Maison des Bois restaurant in the French Alps.
He was found guilty of environmental crimes.
He complained that the court came down on him hard because he is a celebrity.

Yes and he as investigated for insurance fraud when his restaurant burned down, he had just increased the coverages and had failed a health inspection that would have required a complete remodel to repair the rot and mold. Lucky for him it mysteriously caught on fire, he got a brand new one built at no cost to him and paid for the all business he lost while it was being rebuilt. It's very suiting that he would be the head chef at that conference where the greatest hoax ever for the U.S. tax payers was pulled off.
