Marc Veyrat, one of five top chefs in the world cooked for 150 world leaders at the conference. Awarded the top three Michelin stars for two of his establishments and 20 out of 20 by Gault&Millault, Mr Veyrat is considered by some the world's finest chef. He specialises in traditional dishes, with lots of wild herbs and a little "molecular gastronomy", chemistry-inspired recipes that produce new textures such as emulsions in cuisine. Mr Veyrat, cooked at the climate conference with four other top chefs, all Michelin-starred.If these 150 world leaders really cared about saving the planet, they wouldn't flown in over 7,000 family members, friends, security and staff to party down for a whole week in Paris. They would had the discussions via teleconference. This is how they started off spending the billions in the name of saving the planet while asking peons to sacrifice and pay up or die.
French diplomats surmised that one of the reasons that previous climate talks had failed was because the food was not good enough to inspire the negotiators.
