Here we are: the second time that an announced date for the restart (namely: on wednesday) has passed without any significant changes under "voyerweb.com" - except, as far as I can see, for correcting that minor error about "paticipation" 
BUT wednesday is OVER for more than two hours everywhere in the world, even slightly east of australia ;-). On the other hand, since Katherine's announcement of the problems they found on sunday is dated tuesday (early morning) we can expect the announcement of the NEW starting date on friday morning, I suppose. Another week lost ...
