Unable to link Redclouds and RCBB#62677

I have been unable to link my Redclouds account with RCBB for about the past month. I have submitted several tickets and emails. Any links that support sends out do not work and then no one responds back. When I click on the link to get to RCBB I get the message that this page is not redirecting properly. Any one else having this problem?
