I've been feeling that I have been getting 'strung alone' for some time now...but I've always managed to keep a shred of hope. I'm the guy that holds out home for my favorite hockey team when they are down two goals with only 3 minutes left to play...so I guess this is in my nature.

I guess I will keep checking in from time to time to see if VW does 'rise from the ashes' at some point. But that's not out of any real hope that they will...but more from the sense of loss in losing contact with some of the lovely ladies that used to post there. I'm in email contact with some, but there are many others that I just knew from this site, and I fear I will never see them again if the site fails to return. My loyalty never was to Igor, or to VW, but to the ladies that made this a fun and entertaining place to visit. I hope I may bump into many of them elsewhere...time will tell.

I've never been a subscriber to any of the pay sections here, but if I had been, I'm sure I would have serious reservations to renewing my subscription. That's not because of the split between VW and Igor...it's purely because of the way VW has handled the shut down.

Second question...I would. This place (before the meltdown) was somewhat like my neighborhood bar where I could go and talk to my friends, shoot the shit about sports, politics, women, my lazy-ass kid, and let's see...I did mention women didn't I?

So yes, it's easy when bad things happen to say "who's with me, let's get the fuck out of here!" But in my heart, I just don't believe that's what the VW/RC community was/is all about. Now, that's NOT to say that the admin. didn't become a little complacent about their employee trust and security issues. Everyone I think can now admit they did. But, I've always felt that everyone makes mistakes, and also may deserve another chance if their sincere in wanting to obtain your trust and confidence again. So, yeah, that's why I'm holding out for the best (though flusterated like everyone else) to see this thing through, instead of yelling "Fire!"

Hope that explains my position, and I wish others who don't "good luck."

Yeah soaK,the same VC that invited everyone over, and yet fewer that even was able to get in their site. Support? Forget it. I did try everything I knew to do, and nobody at VC tried to help me. And one more thing about VC, I don't really like the way they've set that site up, and it doesn't seem to have the same quality or "feel" that the old VW/RC site did.

This all may be tit for tat, but I'm sticking to my guns.

You guys must be dreaming. Igor and all the other Vw operators left because the domain name was hijacked. You should stick to people and not to domain names. And you know under which domain name you can find all those people and most of the former VW and RC community right now and alive and kicking: It's ********.com.

Hijacked how exactly? Say you give me the password to redclouds-homeclips.com in a PM and I go there, log in, change the passwords and do whatever to the site. All you do is make a phone call and get the passwords changed to something new. You OWN the domain. If ? didn't OWN the VW domains then WHY didn't the actual owner just fix the problem when Igor claims it happened?

And as for sticking to the people? Igor stole tons of content that was contributed to VOYEURWEB, not the mish-mash of third parties where everyone gets to claim equal rights to it. So I should follow the guy who takes my contributions from where I uploaded them and sells them to another site?

Of course Igor insists that he has no power in the new site group, but has the power to guarantee what will or will not be in the TOS.

I have not yet decided about being strung along. Mainly because I see no advantage to it unless Redcloudslover was right all along.

As for paying, let me see the site up first. Then we will talk about renewing memberships.

I don't understand why the spokesperson during a time like this would voluntarily 'checkout' and stop providing updates, explanations, or reasons for what is happening. The site was supposed to launch on Sunday. Monday is almost over.

I don't know if the conspiracy theory is right - that this was a ploy to get current subscribers to pay the fee again at a new site to shore up cash flow - but I'm trying to concieve of even a reasonable explanation for such an abysmal breakdown in communication on VW. Credibility has been severely compromised.

Henceforth, all we can do is wait since we cannot expect any new information or any more concerns to be addressed. I suspect VW will return some day, but I don't know when. It could be tonight, tomorrow, or a month(s) from now. When it does return, the damage done will be apparent. It will live on (although rare, I've observed sites that have been down for over a month, recover, without an active forum during the interim - VW has so much traffic and history that its regular viewer base won't vanish overnight), but in the shadow of its former self.

JA isn't hurting for money, I know, I checked. He isn't in any danger of prison time for a single count of possession of Demeral. There isn't any logical reason for the way this has been handled.

And that's what really bugs me. Neither Igor nor JA are stupid people. They are both professionals with a lot of business experience. Both of them own companies.

The only real change I can find in anything is that last year Igor moved to a position where it no longer mattered to him if anyone in the professional world found out who he really was. Meanwhile JA has been involved with so much adult stuff that I seriously doubt it could hurt him being associated with this.

But even if the change prompted Igor to make his move, JA's response has been ... unexplainable.

All their programming and network administration is done in Kiev, Ukraine since 2004. Katherine was lying when she said she attented the programmers meeting and saw the blowjob site. Either she is not Katherine but one of the programmers in Ukraine or she was lying to us. Remember she said she was up until 4am entering username and password ? Well...programmers in ukraine sounds to me identity theft.

Funny, I was just writing you an email with a similar list of reasons to think this. But I guess I'll just say it publicly too. Not that I'm sure, but there are so many implausibilities along the way here that a staged comic opera begins to seem the most likely explanation.

I would think the WHY has to do with dodging debts or seeing a big upside in manufacturing a bankruptcy and selling out assets free of liabilities, maybe. Still seems awfully risky given how many of us are looking on, which makes me unsure. But one should never underestimate the arrogance of people who have made a lot of money fast.

everyone can be thankful that i've never posted on vw because i look far worse on camera that i do in my head. that being said, a heartfelt thank you to all the contributors that have posted over the years. you've given me so many hours of fun! as for the terrible dilemma that we face today...who knows what's going to happen? i sure don't but i didn't become a fan of vc years and years ago - it was vw that got me hooked. so if vw ultimately dissolves i'm not heading over to some wannabe site that stole its content and chooses to insult the one and only.

If there's any one single point that I think everyone here that truly wants to be and has hope for VW/RC's return can maybe agree on is this...the VW admin. staff, and PR (Katherine, that's you.) needs to provide regular updates in a timely matter to build credibility and confidence for your supporters. Setting arbitary dates that don't come true just erodes the hope for those of us who really want this to happen. People are generally understanding and patient WHEN they think they're NOT being lead on or deceived. But, people in general aren't supid (though believe me, I have found a few that truly are!).

I hope that Kath or someone in the admin. reads this post and trys to see their supporters point of view.
