I have never heard of it, but try this to get some information about the first word. wikipedia dot org Tells about using the body such as yoga and so on. Might give you an idea into what it is, but doesn't mention anything about Sexual practices.

If you don't try, you don't know if you would have failed or succeed.

Thanks for the link. I guess I need to either find a woman who knows about it to help me or for us to meet with a tantric practitioner (daka or dakini) to help. My research has shown that it is all about slowing down and connecting with my partner. However the "energy flow" back and forth has me perplexed. I have never experienced the true relaxation and meditation that I have attempted.
