You've still not responded to my previous email that I sent to you on September 15th from
kiki@voyeurweb.com with which I was trying to find out how I could help you and the trouble you're experiencing. Perhaps it's in your spam folder? There can be multiple reasons why videos would not play on your computer, the technical support team is usually the one who handles these situations, however I have no problem at all trying to help you as well.
Whenever there is an issue that can't be resolved through VoyeurWeb's other channels, or if the other channels are taking too long to respond for you, I can always be found here to help or through my email

If you are unable to use the site, we will happily refund you. If you want to work with me to figure out what's going wrong, I will reimburse you for any "lost" time you've experienced throughout the process.
