Hey, what's the status of the Archive -- seems to cut off in 2010 with no progress for weeks, and no search functionality.

We really liked the Archive because we could go back to find older submissions by couples we took note of only more recently, and start to "follow" them retroactively. (We almost caught up on the Rug Rollers!)

Please work on that functionality! (and we paid for it, too!)
Best,

SueNSteve

There is over 15 years worth of data within funbags and theres about 2 months of new updates waiting to get posted as well. We are still cyphering data from the templates into a searchable and categorizable database. Rest assured we are working around the clock to bring back all of funbags amongst other things.

We should have 2010 thru current running by the end of next week. This is an ETA and it is possible that we might finish up this portion faster.

Twelve days, and still nothing. This is starting to seem familiar. I guess they already have our money, so why should they bother updating the archive? It's great that I am paying to see the same stuff I've already seen for the last two years.

ETA came and went.
Administrators should not be the least bit surprised that their membership renewal rates will plummet when they have not been able to deliver what was paid for.
Time for excuses in long gone.

I was away when this date was put out there, so I apologize why that specific time frame was given. The idea has been to get further updates to FunBags around the end of this month, which is still on track. Then more fixes will be pushed out after the updates are live, until the site is perfect. Once again I am very sorry for the miscommunication.

And the end of the month has come and gone, and? No change, no update, no surprise. I guess we'll get another excuse and another deadline that won't mean anything.

July has run into August which has run into September which has run into October which has come and gone. Here we are in November and the Archive is still a dysfunctional mess.

This is the crew that can't shoot straight or keep a commitment.
AT THE VERY LEAST, you should have provided all Funbag subscribers, access to Redclouds and Homeclips while you fix this mess.

It is beyond anger or frustration at this point. It is simply rather pathetic.

And another 2 weeks goes by. Why can't you simply give us an update? Is it that hard? Communicate with your Customers. Either give us a solid date and get it up and running or day it can't be done.
