It would be great have to rooms dedicated to LGBT and / or Fetish Rooms.

I agree. The current implementation is pretty basic. Add more features here!

Agreed! Would LOVE to see a special RC chatroom for those dudes who always cam under a couple icon but are never a couple on cam...unless you consider a man and his hand a "couple", as they apparently do. And a extra special room just for CDs would be a blessing for the great majority of straight chatroom participants.
