In my capacity as Secretary of State of this fine forum, I have examined the allegations that Clowntoker violated the rules of sanity which govern posting here.
Therefore, even though Clown has not even been charged with any violation, it is my duty to conclude that he must be removed given my belief that he may have done something wrong.
