Vaccine Approval

We've all heard about Dr Woodcock at the FDA and the slow approval process for vaccines.
And we all know Elkin registered down at the Dew Drop Inn as "Dr. Woodcock"!
Joking aside, perhaps some Americans are following their own personal version of a "traditional, cautious process for vaccine approval"?
Last month, Joe blamed vaccine hesitancy among blacks on past govt experimentation on the Tuskegee Airman, confusing them with the Tuskegee Syphilis Study: “The reason why it’s been harder to get African Americans, initially, to get vaccinated is because they are used to being experimented on — the Tuskegee Airmen and others.”
