All Students at Bronx Charter School Ace State Math Test

Obviously cheating.
In my high school, it was big news when 7 out of 100 students were National Merit Scholars.
Now, we are supposed to believe ALL the students, in a poor district, aced the test?
Come on...

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An entire clsas at a Bronx school in the poorest congresional district in the country aced a statewide math test, the school told the New York Post.
Fifty-three eight-graders at Success Academy Bronx 2, a charter school in Concourse Village, excelled on the Algebra I Regents test.

It isn't "obviously cheating" johnny. It can happen.
Oprah Winfrey started a school in South Africa where they scour the country for poor children with potential and give them a free education, housing, and clothing. The school graduated its first class and 100% of that first class went on to major colleges and universities around the world. And all those children came from far worse circumstances than the Bronx.
100% graduation and 100% entering first rate colleges. Compare that to any high school you like in the United States. And those children came from nothing.
So while such results may be incredibly rare, they aren't impossible.
When you have an entire class of motivated students, miracles can happen.

It would take a total miracle (which I don't believe in).
The problem may be that the media outlets used the term "aced" to merely mean these kids scraped by the Regents' criterion.
