Like I said in the title, this is all bunch of BS about beta testing, improvement to the site, etc...

If you actually knew what 'beta testing' is than VW is not in beta testing. This is all BS to impressed members and don't think that Katie offering to show her breast will get you out of this one. It if contact my attorney which I will on Tuesday if VW doesn't respond to me by Monday my attorney will execute fraud charges the memberships and offer prostitute and this won't go just for California. This will go for each state the has VW members.

Totally agree!! This has been total B.S. for more than 7weeks albeit entertaining watching the bumbling and totally inept and incompetent VW staff (which is at the most 2 people) try to keep their members from requesting refunds or calling their credit card companies to dispute the charges and get a refund via a chargeback. I had done mine online many weeks ago and within a few hours I had received full credit on my account  for RC and HC and the case was considered closed. VW didn't dispute it because it was a defunct site which didn't provide the service it was supposed to. I think VW finally restored the backup static site, did the login crap and rotate some pics around to try and make it look like the site isn't defunct (and we all know that it is defunct and VW isn't coming back) with hope that the remaining members won't try to get refunds. They can keep their "90 day extension" which began the day the site went down because in a few weeks the 90 days will be over! I and I'm sure many others had received the 100 free day subscription to VC because the site  actually works and there is some new content and lots of old content. Hehe and VW has been working round the clock for 7wks  :lol:  :lol:

Why all the drama about a refund?

Just contact them and tell them you want a refund, that or contact your credit card and say you want them to mediate a refund.

It's not hard.


But what I am confused about is why you are making the threats on the free side instead of the pay side? Or are you requesting a refund because the free side is not up to where you want it?

While I understand your frustrations, and also wish the site was already perfectly back up and running, it is a difficult and long process to come back from the damage that was caused. The 90 day extension makes it so that you are not paying for anything right now, we have given you about three months free so you do not feel that you are being charged for something that you are not getting full functionality out of, plus extra time in apology for the downtime we had to face.

...I am not requesting a refund because I understand that sh*it can happen.
I am however requesting a solid answer about when I can expect "Red Coulds" to be fully operational again......
